fix: initializing current overlay after close all overlays

Changes

• Set current=null after close all overlays.

Motivation and Context

• useCurrentOverlay could retrieve last current overlay even after overlay.closeAll(); is called.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Added a unit test to verify if current is unreachable after overlay.closeAll() is called.
