Export ToCamelCaseKeys and other useful types

I wanted to use it in my project, but it's not exported. It's only available as the ReturnType<typeof toCamelCaseKeys>

I've submitted a PR to address this: #1651

It exports ToCamelCaseKeys and ToSnakeCaseKeys types so they can be imported directly. Happy to adjust if more types should be included!
