removing useless code
Trying to refactor how meta data works so that it can be changed more easily after BatchRefactorer has run
Refactored how meta data works and is exported
Refactored metaData.py Refactored config.py Lots of other changes I'm just to lazy to type out in here

Added the ability to create meta data after running BatchRefactorer.py
This also complies batch NFT files into one main Complete_Collection folder
