Docker images doesnt seem to have internet acces AND cant pull ?

Fresh installation of ParrotSec latest

docker-engine installed working as intented..
docker run hello-world pull correctely the image same for ubuntu

but docker pull torque59/nosqlframework gives me that error :

Error response from daemon: repository torque59/nosqlframework not found: does not exist or no pull access

the reason im trying to pull it is cause using the images i get that error

docker run -it torque59/nosqlframework -ip 10.10.10.115 -port 27017 -enum mongo
[+] 10.10.10.115 is up!
[-] MongoDB port closed.

[+] Enumeration Module For NoSQL Framework Launched ..
