Respect lane_markings=no

At the moment the renderer seems to automatically draw lane markings if the highway exceeds a certain width, even if lane_markings=no is tagged. Instead, lane markins should be omitted.

Thanks for this suggestion! I've implemented support for lane_markings=no and it should become part of the next release of OSM2World.

In my implementation, explicitly mapped divider tags are given higher priority, but lane_markings now controls the default assumption if such tags aren't present.
