It is going to send email to the user u have troubleshooting about there product or using the web-application will enter the MAILID and register there problem . the project is going to send the auto-reply mail to there mailid and we receive the complaint of them

this is part two of the first django project containing multiple apps inside of it but will be adding an app folder to give us a cleaner file structure
