SciHRA-Detect is a parallel dataset of scientific abstracts in three forms — Human-Generated Text(HGT), AI-Revised Text(ART), and AI-Generated Text(AGT) — designed to support research in authorship detection, text classification, and human-AI collaboration in academic writing.

This repository hosts a text data mining (TDM) corpus compilation in the field of invasion biology. The TDM corpus encompasses metadata from Crossref and ORKG Ask. Furthermore, the corpus is explored with LLMs for mining or extracting information about species, locations, habitats, and ecosystems.
