Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In 2 recent releases, the release has had issues that relate to first install.
#277

We should have sanity testing post release (or testing before deploy on first release) to ensure this doesn't happen.

Our 'happy path' install yvm, install a verison, run. Should have 100% confidence on release.
