Challenge status in Challenge Listing Grid

To Reproduce / Actual Behavior

1. Go to 'https://challenges.topcoder-dev.com/projects/16541/challenges'
2. Go to Challenge Listing Grid and observe the tab and status column.

Expected behavior/ Suggestion

1. We can remove Status Column from Grid Since we have already added status in Tab.
2. We can add other column (eg, Copilot Name, Challenge Start Date, End date, Current phase etc)

@drasticdpk - thank you for this suggestion, it's a good observation.

@vikasrohit - When I get new designs for displaying the created/saved challenges, I will keep this in mind. However, one of the big variables I want to discuss is whether this screen (showing created/saved challenges) should be in the Work Manager app, or the Connect project. We can chat it over more today.
