My Project feature is not used for Copilot Role

Pre Condition
User Role should be Copilot
To Reproduce / Actual Behavior

1. Go to 'https://challenges.topcoder-dev.com/'
2. Checked and Unchecked My Projects
3. Observe the result. There is no difference on Result for My Projects/ All Project

Expected behavior
For copilot role, My project Check box should be hide.
