Completed challenges still shown as active and deleted challenges shown as draft

Both challenges should disappear from WM.

Challenge https://challenges.topcoder.com/projects/24926/challenges/a81f0890-e5d7-43a0-8127-c2c129b066ab/view is already completed in Direct but shows as active in WM.

Challenge https://challenges.topcoder.com/projects/24926/challenges/7ffb8204-fb73-4dc6-8d2e-2b73cff5431f/view and https://challenges.topcoder.com/projects/24926/challenges/28be110f-9c2d-4e97-83fb-abff59e94b19/view were deleted but it's showing as a draft in WM and there's no way to remove it either.
