The tab order in the Experience modal is broken

Go to https://onboarding.topcoder-dev.com/works

Open the modal to add work experience

Check the tab order

After selecting a start date, the tab key is not opening the end date pop up but it is taking user to the company field

Note: This seems to be broken after the fix here: #847
