Draft challenge is getting overwritten and Customer not able to submit the challenge

Description:

When a customer creates a draft challenge and then clicks Start Work and creates another draft challenge, the first draft challenge is getting overwritten. This is occurring in Prod Environment as well.

Note: The draft challenges are not getting overwritten if one draft challenge is created, then logged out and logged in and create another Draft challenge

Adding to the above, Customer is not able to submit the challenge due to the error during the payment processing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the self service app.
2. Create one draft Challenge.
3. Click Start work and try to submit this challenge.
4. Observe the error while trying to process the payment.

Note: This issue will only happen if user created one draft challenge and then again tried to create another fresh challenge.

Verified in Dev, now the previous draft challenge is not getting overwritten, but when you open the previous draft challenges, you can see all of the drafts challenge details are overwritten to the latest draft challenge details. Also even if the user pay and submit the challenge in one go, all drafts replace their challenge name to the latest submitted challenge name

However the user can submit the challenge without errors

I'm not able to reproduce this issue. It seems to be working without issues

@ThomasKranitsas This issue is recreated to me with the below steps:

• Log in as TCConadmin
• Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/self-service/
• Create a new SS work(don't pay and submit)
• Go back to dashboard using the back button on each page or using browser back button
• Now open any previously created draft on the dashboard and see the details
• (The details are changed to the latest draft we create)

Also when you open your latest draft after opening a previously created draft, you will see all the details entered on the steps are gone from
