Description:

Submitted project in prod. Customer assistant rejected project. (Connect Project 31682, Name: Test project- bad spec- reject)

Desired behavior:

SendGrid triggers email to Customer & Hello@topcoder.com (includes inbound sales and product).

Observed behavior:

No emails sent to Customer or Hello@topcoder.com

NOTE: Status updated accurately in Work Home, SFDC and Hold was Cancelled in Stripe

Goal:

Automated email to Customer, Sales & Product explaining what happens when customer input has been referred to sales.

want consistency in customer emails (for performance tracking, etc.)

Will be driven by SendGrid

Clinton Bonner this will be another e-mail template & copy exercise

Need to define SLA for time for rejected work to go to sales and response to be sent to customer
