WR phase updated to Done instead of Solutions Ready when approval ends. A random rating is also displayed on the WR.

Expected: Phase must be updated to Done only when user clicks on mark as Done

WR phase updated to Done approval ends.
Expected: Phase must be updated to Done only when user clicks on mark as Done

This issue is not fixed still, status is changing to Done when approval phase ends.
