Description:

The customer is not receiving Email notification for the below,

  1. Welcome mail
  2. ZenDesk Automated mail to User Who Sends Support Email
  3. Work Completed mail
  4. Work request is redirected mail is not received if the copilot rejects the work but received if it is rejected automatically due to payment fails.
