Email notifications content and links issue

Description:

1. The "Contact Support" link in all notification mail are going to wrong url.

2. In Activation notification mail, "Contact Support" link is not working.

3. The "Dashboard" link not working in the "Your Topcoder Work Request is SUBMITTED" mail.

4. The title is "Your Work Has Started!" in Sendgrid template and as "Your Work Has Begun!" in the actual mail.

5. The "Dashboard" link not working in the "Your Work Has Begun!" mail.

6. The "Message From a Topcoder Member on Your Work" mail is completely different from the Sendgrid template provided.

Expected behavior:

1. The "Contact Support" link in all notification emails should open up Zendesk modal
2. In Activation notification mail, "Contact Support" link should open up Zendesk modal
3. The "Dashboard" link in the "Your Topcoder Work Request is SUBMITTED" mail should take user to their main Dashboard page
4. The title is "Your Work Has Started!" in Sendgrid template
5. The "Dashboard" in the "Your Work Has Begun!" email should open up Zendesk modal
6. This is not an issue. It is behaving as expected.

1. The "Contact Support" link is not working in the Activation mail.
2. The "Go To Dashboard" button as well as "Contact Support" link is not working in the Welcome mail.
3. The "Dashboard" link is not working in the "Your Topcoder Work Request is SUBMITTED" mail.
4. The "Dashboard" link is not working in the "Your Work Has Begun!" mail

For now, I hardcoded the URLs pointing to the prod env as this requires changes that will take some time to implement to make it dynamic based on the environment.
