Verified in Dev on Edge Version 99.0.1150.39 this issue is still there.

Steps:

1. Go to https://platform.topcoder-dev.com/self-service/profile/ by logging in from any user
2. Click on New password field and enter some text

Now you can see the double visibility icon appear
