@jmgasper This issue happened due to cache. TCConnCopilot had the roles ( Manager, Copilot, Observer, Approver) in cache. I cleared cache in Vanilla. It works now as expected.
We cache some data (including Topcoder Challenge Roles) for performance. Otherwise, we would be forced to make a request to the Topcoder API for each request. We don't receive change notifications when to clear cached data in Vanilla.
