discussion with "localhost" in URL are getting blocked

Hi Team,

Discussions for which the URL contains localhost are getting blocked and giving a 403 error.
Example:

On Page https://discussions.topcoder.com/categories/264d6346-3fd0-434e-bed9-c06b1ddbd9fd-questions

For above image , clicking on the highlighted discussion thread takes us to 403 page as below

This ideally should be taking the user to the respective thread.

FYI, The issue has been circumvented as of now by including a space between the word local host which is working fine. but ideally it should work with "localhost" string as well.
