Steps
Log in as a Copilot
Go to any challenge forum >> Invite a member
Log into that member's email and click Accept link(you shouldn't be logged into Forums at this time)
Enter username and password >> Click log in

Error is displayed

@jmgasper Fixed. PR-topcoder-platform/forums-groups-plugin#62. Important notes:
There are no checks here and any user who knows the accept invitation link format can join groups including private after authorization. It could present a security hole into Vanilla. So before using this functionality with private groups in PROD, need to issue a token/generate invitation code and validate it. I created #449.
