Add pagination to GET /tasks endpoint #2

Feature Request

The GET /tasks endpoint returns all tasks with no limit. As the dataset grows this will become slow and return too much data.

Proposed Solution

Add page and limit query parameters:

GET /tasks?page=2&limit=20

Response should include metadata:

  "data": [...],
  "total": 120,
  "page": 2,
  "limit": 20
}
