Publish to PyPI (packaging already shipped in v0.3.0; needs maintainer account) #18

Why this is internal. The packaging this issue asked for already shipped in v0.3.0 (pyproject.toml, console commands, a CI job that installs the built wheel into a clean venv); the only step left is registering the project on PyPI, which needs the maintainer's own account and cannot be done from a pull request.
