[Fift > Control Flow] Add dictionary iteration section #1637
Description
Add a section of words that iterate dictionaries. For example, hmapforeach, dictmap, dictforeach, dictmerge, dictdiff. These words call a block once per key-value pair. Refer to Section 6.3 in the whitepaper: /languages/fift/whitepaper#6-3-dictionary-manipulation
