Bring page of TVM instructions back to completeness

Describe the bug

A large chunk of TVM instructions cannot be found in docs anymore.

To reproduce

1. Go to https://docs.ton.org/v3/documentation/tvm/instructions
2. See absence of instruction aliases (NOP, SWAP, etc).
   See absence of certain instructions (SUBR, FITS, MINMAX, MULRSHIFT#MOD, and also the all-flags form of MULDIV and so on).
   I'm sure there were more instructions I once saw, but forgot, and they got missing.

Expected behavior

All instructions (at least as defined in AsmTests.fif) should be available.

Hi @ProgramCrafter, we prioritized 366 instructions first, as these were the ones developers were actively using.

Could you let us know which TVM instructions you’re currently relying on? I’ll make sure they’re included in the instruction list. We’re planning to gradually roll out the rest over time, but for this initial phase, we had to focus on the most widely used ones.
