mypy and workspace

Afaiu pyls-mypy runs mypy on a specific file.

Maybe it is possible to run it on the whole workspace?
Latest versions of mypy work amazingly with the whole project setups and i think it will be a huge benefit.

This sounds like something better achieved with the mypy daemon - I don't have time to look into it but there was some work in progress for the python language server here: palantir/python-language-server#391
