This project performs sentiment analysis on car review data to improve car manufacturing with data-driven methods. It makes use of word cloud visualizations, and dictionary-based sentiment analysis as well as learning-based sentiment analysis. A report is included in this Github.
Steps for succesfull execution of the project:
- Download Car Review Data from http://kavita-ganesan.com/entity-ranking-data/#.X-iCvdhKiUn
- Download IMDB Movie data from https://www.kaggle.com/lakshmi25npathi/imdb-dataset-of-50k-movie-reviews
- Extract both zip folders in the same folder as the NLP_script.R
- Run the R script for analysis and to produce pictures used in RMarkdown
- Run RMarkdown to produce the report (also included as pdf)
