Unclear license

Hi, there is an inconsistency between the license file placed on the repo and the one stated in plugin.json
The LICENSE file has the content for CC-0, while in plugin.json you say license of the project is GPLv3+

Which one is it?
Please correct whichever side is wrong

I updated my plugin (and corrected that license mistake). This is my issue tracker VCVRack/library#687
