sort studio projects' dropdown display alphabetically

Why does this PR exist?

Closes #3509

What does this pull request do?

In a studio sync, when we select an organization and look at the list of projects, this projects sorts them alphabetically now.

Testing this change

• Set up studio sync
• Load an org with multiple projects
• Check for alphabetically sorted projects in the drodown
