Update symbols used for instrument icons, reduced precision for default representation, set fractional unit names to lower case, Fixed some incorrect monetary authorities, and other typos. For instruments with existing fractional unit names that needed to be updated to a precision of 0, the fractions property of 100 was added.
CFP Francs, IMF Special Drawing Rights, Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium
Replace special character currency symbols with poor font support with abbreviations with Latin characters or 3-letter alpha codes. Also use shorter variations for a few symbols
