add eshell support in windows

Dear Tang Ku,

May I ask if it is possible to add emacs's eshell support to aider? vterm is difficult to compile in windows 11. I tested aider and eshell really work well. at best to see if other LLM are also ok. (open interpreter stuck at 0.0.40, need revert back to 0.0.39)

Hi @swithinchan I'll think about this. Do you know any other AI coding cli working well inside eshell? So that they can benefit from this change.

Also, you can try this package: https://github.com/tninja/aider.el, it let aider work with comint (similar to shell). The menu is similar to ai-code-interface.el. Aider.el can be installed through MELPA.

Not many LLMs supports eshell. Aider almost erred not inserting/editing documents if I alter the python code a bit. Open interpreter does not support either.

how about Ghostel terminal backend? Since 0.45 it have windows support. This terminal backend support all of those ai-coding clis.
