Command description

Elasticsearch provides a set of command-line tools that are bundled in the bin/ directory of its distribution. These tools are essential for managing security, cluster operations, and deployment configuration.

This issue proposes to add TLDR pages for each of these tools, following the official documentation and based on real-world usage.
