What about visibleHotSpotBackgrounds: "onhover"?

Was wondering if there should be a method in the visibleHotSpotBackgrounds option to show when the smoothdivscroll container is hovered over?

This can be done by adding some extra code yourself, but I think it's a good idea and I will add it to the next release!
