1. start questidutil
2. insert the card in the card reader
3. go to diagnostics
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no error
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The error says: * ACS ACR 38U-CCID 00 00
Error reading card data:The requested protocols are incompatible with the
protocol currently in use with the smart card
