Per tinyhumansai/tinystoragedrivers docs/specs/schema-v2.md (catalogue at the end): depend on tsd v1.0.0 and export storage_schema() (the module's storage grant is generated from it). tinybox_boxes/tinybox_jail_index become box.*. Add v1 to v2 steps, and release the module.

    Migrate tinybox storage to the v2 schema: depend on tsd v1.0.0, export storage_schema(), move tinybox_boxes/tinybox_jail_index to box.*, add v1-to-v2 migration steps, and release the module. Part of #7973.
