The actual flash implementation for the RP2350 needs to be completed first.

Basically the equivalent of https://github.com/tinygo-org/tinygo/blob/dev/src/machine/machine_rp2040_flash.go and https://github.com/tinygo-org/tinygo/blob/dev/src/machine/machine_rp2040_rom.go
