[Feature] Add the append mode to expedite and use the resources better #107

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current logic starts the process of rendering and uploading until the record has completed. Then if there are multiple records in the same time, then the computing resources and network resources will be idle, and when the videos are created, the resouces will be blocked.
Describe the solution you'd like
Upload the slices or segments in priority, then append the rest later. Make sure there will always be some tasks even in the process of recording.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Try to interrupt the record and make the segments actively is also can be alternative.
