Refactor helm chart installation page

It is a hot page and it is too long with mixed information. We probably can divide it into several pages like

1. Brand new installation
2. Upgrade
3. Recovery
4. Detail configurations / settings overrides with examples
5. Troubleshooting, log collections etc
