Issue with installing mmcv

When I want to run the code for inference, the MMCV package cannot be installed, and the "Config" cannot be imported from MMCV. Can anyone help me with this?
I think the issue is due to CUDA 12.1, which I am using, but I don't have access to CUDA 10.1.

We only tested our code with CUDA 10.1. You might find similar issues and solutions on the following mm repositories:

MMCV
