Description
We're using matchFiles(), which is still private from what I can tell. Related ticket: microsoft/TypeScript#13793
Looks like matchFiles requires a new parameter in typescript@3.4.1. @krisselden can you take a look at trying to fix this and upgrade to 3.4.1?
