It just says 'send external command' and no more. Does it mean it could do something beyond ordinary effect could do? |

This effect is a DefleMask leftover - at effect execution time, it writes a data block containing the value of
xxwhen exporting to VGM.It also is used to trigger special effects in TIunA. Not sure what does ZSM do.
