- Config Helper Functions: Added get_mode_config() to bash/powershell for reading mode-specific configuration values
- Timing-Based Review Gates: Updated implement.sh to skip blocking micro-review in build mode
- Atomic Commits Guidance: Injected commit structure guidance into delegation prompts when enabled
- Critical Bug Fixes: Fixed implement.md --require-tasks flag to be conditional on mode
- Levelup Build Mode Support: Updated levelup.md template and prepare-levelup scripts to support mode-aware file requirements
