Here is my breakdown of the problems;

• 65 originate from {plotly} but should be fixed by plotly's dev version.
• 49 problems are unknown or require extra effort to pin down.
• 44 problems are due to namespace conflict between ggplot2::theme_transparent() and ggpubr::theme_transparent() (related: transparent theme #5018).
• 39 problems is because people feed high/low/direction to scale_colour/fill_discrete/continuous() (related: Scale palettes from theme #5946).
• 32 problems are because packages test the plot$labels slot that is no longer automatically populated before building (related: Default labels from attributes (option 2) #5879).
• 18 problems are related to {ggdist}, but should be fixed by ggdist's dev version.
• 16 problems are due to some issue with Guides$package_box() (related: multiple inside guide box with different position #6210)
• 9 problems are due to other namespace conflicts, e.g. ggplot2::is.scale() and greybox::is.scale().
• 8 problems are because people use ggplot2's internals that have changed, e.g. is.waiver() to is.waive().
• 8 problems are due to vctrs::list_sizes() not dealing with expressions (related: Enable 2D structures as aesthetics #6076).
• 8 problems are due to the linetype aesthetic (related: Convert linetype NAs to blank lines #6270).
• 7 problems are due to layers having names (related: Layers have names #5967).
• 5 problems are due to rendering boxplot keys (related: Ensure boxplot key can be drawn without params #6192, Extra boxplot features #5423).
• 4 problems relate to {gganimate}
• 4 problems relate to {ggsurvfit}
• 4 problems are due to some sf/tibble interaction I don't fully understand.
• 3 problems are likely false positives
• 3 problems are due to people testing incorrectly
• 3 problems are due to {ggtern}
• 3 problems are due to {ggupset}
• 3 problems are due to finding functions in geom_smooth() and stat_summary() (related: move make_summary_fun() to setup_params() #5971).
• 3 problems are because vec_slice() is too strict on data.frame subclasses (related: facet_grid() evaluates facets before adding margins #5944).
• 2 problems are due to boxplot updates (related: Extra boxplot features #5423).
