Specify different horizontal and vertical gap between facets

Reason: Labels on x axis between neighboring facets are sometimes overlapping. Possible solution: Add horizontal (but no vertical) gap between facets.

Implementation: Add and use new `panel.margin.x` and `panel.margin.y` themes
