Big messages are not shown with default settings

Steps to reproduce

• Open your Inbox or any other folder on IMAP server
• List through the messages

Expected behavior

All the messages should be in place on the list!
On opening, if the message is lager than threshold set in "Accound settings/Fetching mail/Fetch messages up to", conformation dialog should appear before downloading the full message body.

Actual behavior

Some messages with attachments (presumably, big ones) are just missing in the list. So user don't have even clue about their existence.
If the option above set to "any size (no limit)", the missing messages are back (by default, it's 32KiB).
