Identify what metrics we want to track for Early Bird

For the Earlybird launch, we'd like to have product dashboards using the events we send to posthog. Let's aim for a small starting point. Maybe:

For all services:

• DAU
• Unique visitors
• New users

For Thundermail, per day:

• Total emails sent

For Send:

• Total files sent
• Total bytes uploaded
• Total bytes downloaded

For Appointment:

• Total appointments requested
• Total hits to booking pages

Here are a few that could (hypothetically) tell us if a user is confused or frustrated:

For anything with a support link

• time from opening the page to clicking support link
  (Might suggest that they got confused while performing a task)

For Send/tb-pro-addon

• Time it takes to install and log in
• Timestamped log of authentication and from which client
  (Tells us if a particular user on a particular platform had to re-authenticate in the different parts of the add-on)
• time of add-on install and uninstall
  (If the user gave up and could not use the add-on)

Note/questions:

• determine when to mark beginning/end of a set of measurements
  • hours/days/weeks after a change (new revision that touches a feature, e.g. FTUE or attaching a file)
• how to determine what's fast/slow/average for a task?
  • where are the thresholds?
