Import / export settings does not cover all settings #2030
Description
Bug Description
When doing a reinstall due to the recent hotfixes, I exported and imported my settings. Some settings were saved as expected, but other things were reset to default. The obvious example I noticed immediately was post display - it changed from separate upvote / downvote count to combined.
Expected Behaviour
Export import settings should leave thunder looking and feeling exactly the same.
