Update zos binaries

Describe the bug

Some binaries like wget keeps failing and not connecting propaly

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a zos node
2. try ```wget https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/jammy/current/jammy-server-cloudimg-amd64.img```
3. wget: error getting response: Connection reset by peer

Expected behavior

To download file

I invested this issue and the problem doesn't seem to be in the binary itself, I tried to use this binary in my local machine and it's working fine, tried copying a working binary to the node and it is not working too

the problem is not the network too, the node can ping the host of the urls but can't wget it

still investigating the issue

WIP:

tried to use ldd to get the libraries the wget binary depends on but I got this for both zos3 and zos3light

/usr/bin # sh ./ldd /bin/sh
$       not a dynamic executable

so will discuss this with maxime to check if there's a missing library or something he can help with

Investigated the issue with maxime and the problem was that zos3 nodes had a broken openssl certificate

the image has the correct openssl but it's overwritten by tpm package, this package doesn't exist in zos3light or zos4 nodes, so will try to remove it and check if this affects any of the node functionality
