Split README file for GitHub and npm #571
Description
This issue proposes splitting the README.md file for the GitHub repository and the GitHub Action from the one for the npm project. The goal is to provide a clear distinction between the README for the GitHub Action and the npm project, since they cover different purposes. Including GitHub Action usage in the npm project README is awkward, as it doesn’t apply there.
