Make contributions easier

I'd like to add improve the developer experience when working with superglue. I'd like to 
1. Make it easier to clone and get started to work on the project. Its useful to have a superglue_rails side by side when developing
2. Clean up the package.json to make doc deployment easier
3. Add a sample project for devs to get started. Some of yarn 4 features like linking seem handy.
